ICRI is a humanitarian organization that in no way is motivated by the desire of economic benefits.

ICRI International Board of Directors, based in the US, is responsible for setting the broad, general policies and procedures under which the organization operates worldwide. The advisory bodies of each branch or regional office operate in an advisory capacity to the ICRI International Board and fulfill legal requirements for a locally or regionally empowered Board of Directors. The Board of Directors of ICRI Europe advises on the setting of policies and procedures, consistent with ICRI International, for the European Region. The ICRI Europe Coordinator, as supervised by the ICRI Executive Director, is responsible for carrying out policies and programs in Europe, as established by the organization.
